Juergen Zeller - CEO of Design Services and Technology Division

Juergen Zeller heads up TES Design Services and Technology Division which comprises multiple Design Centres in UK, Germany and India; each providing professional design services and leading edge technologies and IP.

Mr. Zeller founded Sorep in Germany (which later became Thales) in 1999. Within just 5 years he successfully established the company and built a network of Design Centres. Prior to joining TES he served as Managing Director of Thales Electronic Engineering GmbH as well as of Thales Microelectronic GmbH.

Juergen holds a diploma in electronic engineering and has over 20 years experience of leading commercial and technology roles in the global electronic industry. After his studies he began his career in the design of customized embedded systems at Siemens, primarily serving industrial and automotive customers. In 1990 he joined NEC Semiconductors as Application Engineer for µProcessors and ASICs and later took the sales responsibility for the key account Bosch. He was recruited by Cadence Design Systems in 1996 to introduce Cadence's services business in Europe.
